Caramel Apple Salad

This recipe is from my cousin in Mississippi... it is delicious!!!

CARAMEL APPLE SALAD


20 oz crushed pineapple, drained

2 1/2 c. mini-marshmellows

4-6 green apples (you can mix a crisp red if you want) unpeeled, diced

8 oz. Cool Whip

1 pkg caramels cut into 4ths

Cook the ingredients below until they are thick. Cool, then fold in Cool Whip.

1 c. sugar

2 eggs

2 T. flour

Mix all together and ENJOY!!
